our story

We are Kris Ellis and SAM! Farrell and it has been our pleasure to work together since 1998. We started out as two recruiters loving the staffing industry, and grew over the years into successful leaders working with teams of recruiters and account managers to create an extraordinary experience for our candidates, consultants and clients.

samstaff is comprised of candidate advocates, client advisors, client compliance partners, and colleagues with experience in HIM Coding, Cancer and Trauma Registry, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Interim Leadership and Case Management – all working together to create quality patient outcomes for our clients, while remembering people are the most important part of our process.

This is the story we tell. And we simply cannot imagine any other way to spend the time we have than making an impact in healthcare and changing the face of staffing. So, there’s that.
